NORGE SUMMERHOUSES
 
I.
NORGE SUMMERHOUSES imports, exports and markets solid wood houses and other products associated with the solid wood house.
Contract partner for all goods supplies is

The general conditions of business are supplied to the purchaser with the confirmation of order.

II.
Immediately after ordering, the customer receives an automatic confirmation
that the order has been received, with information about a separate
confirmation of order.
The purchase contract is considered to be concluded as soon as the customer has received the confirmation of order by e-mail from norge-ferienhaeuser.de.

III.
After discussion with the customer, the delivery dates are made known in writing
in the confirmation of order.
We accept no liability for delays in delivery due to act of God or other unforeseen circumstances.
If NORGE SUMMERHOUSES is late in delivering, its compensation obligation is limited in the case of slight neglect to the replacement of the foreseeable loss.
Further claims to compensation for loss only exist if the delay is due to intent
or gross negligence.

IV.
The payment for the goods takes place in cash against invoice on take-over, without previous deposit.
Special agreements apply in the case of credit purchases.

V.
Norge-Freizeithäuser.de reserves the property right over of the purchased goods until complete payment of all the requirements from the delivery contract, including any auxiliary requirements.
In the case of behaviour of the client which is contrary to the contract,
in particular in the case of delay in payment, NORGE SUMMERHOUSES is entitled to take back the goods after a warning and the client is obliged to hand them over.

In the case of security pledges or other actions by third parties, the client must inform NORGE SUMMERHOUSES in writing without delay.

VI.
NORGE SUMMERHOUSES undertakes, in the following manner, responsibility for shortcomings in the objects delivered:
During a period of 24 months after acceptance of the object of the delivery,
the client has a right to correction of faults (rework). If NORGE SUMMERHOUSES cannot correct errors to which their guarantee is subject, or if further rework attempts are intolerable to the client, the client can demand appropriate change or reduction instead of rework.
Where nothing else is expressly agreed, further claims by the purchaser
- for whatever legal reason - are excluded. NORGE SUMMERHOUSES is not therefore responsible for damage which does not occur directly in the object delivered; in particular, it is not responsible for profit which has been lost or other
asset damage to the purchaser. The above freedom from liability does not apply where the damage is due to gross negligence or errors of an assured
property, infringement of obligations essential to the contract, delay in service, impossibility, and to claims in accordance with §§ 1,4 of the product liability law.

VII.
Loss compensation claims from delict are excluded unless the loss
was caused with intent or by gross negligence. This also applies in the case of negotiations of the equipment and completion aids of norge-summerhouses.com

VIII.
The client can cancel his order within 14 calendar days,
excepted from this are orders to dimension and special orders in accordance with
customer's information.
If, after the term has elapsed, the client withdraws from the sale without justification, NORGE SUMMERHOUSES can - without infringing the possibility of making a higher loss valid - demand 20% of the purchase price to cover the costs resulting due to the processing of the contract and the profit lost. The right of the purchaser to demonstrating a smaller loss is retained.

IX.
Transfers of client's rights and obligations from the concluded contract require, for their effectiveness, the written agreement of NORGE SUMMERHOUSES

X.
Data Protection:
The customer data are used in accordance with the Teledienste-Datenschutzgesetz (TDSG) and the
Federal Data Protection law (BDSG) for the completion of the purchase contract only.
No bank data etc will be deposited in the customer's data bank.
For this reason, the customer must input this data anew in the case of each purchase/or credit purchase.
All the customer's data in the customers list (Name, Address, Telephone, Fax, e-mail) are only used for identifying the customer during the next purchase and will in no casebe passed on or used for advertising purposes.
The customer can inform NORGE SUMMERHOUSES by e-mail: contact@norge-freizeithaeuser.de if he desires that his data should be altered or completely removed from the customers list.
NORGE SUMMERHOUSES undertakes to change/cancel the data without delay and to confirm this by e-mail.
